Content pipelines for sites built in bulk
Content pipelines supply every site with its own texts and images as part of bulk site creation. Best Boost Partners sets up the chain: a keyword set for each site, text briefs, writing and editing in batches, checks for uniqueness and for duplicates between sites, and automatic assembly of pages from data. You receive the texts, the tables they are based on, and a process your team can repeat for the next batch.
What exactly do content pipelines include?
Keyword set per site
We collect queries for each site separately and divide them between pages. Two sites of one network do not receive the same set, even when the niche is shared.
Text briefs
Every page gets a brief: the query, the reader’s question, the structure, the facts and the length. Briefs are formed from the keyword table and then reviewed by an editor.
Writing and editing in batches
Authors write the texts in batches, and an editor checks each batch against the briefs. Remarks are corrected before the batch goes to assembly.
Uniqueness and duplicate checks
We check each text for matches with other sites on the web and compare it with the texts of the other sites in the batch. Pages that repeat each other in meaning are rewritten or merged.
Images
We select or prepare images for each site, give them their own file names and alt texts, and compress them. One image is not used on several sites of a network.
Automatic page assembly
Texts, headings, meta tags and images are stored as data. The generator assembles pages from that data, so a correction in the table reaches the site without manual layout work.
What do you get from a content pipeline?
- A keyword table for every site, with queries assigned to pages.
- Briefs and finished texts for every page as data files that the generator reads.
- A duplicate report: where and how far the texts of the sites in one batch overlap.
- A set of images for each site, with file names and alt texts.
- A description of the process: who does what, in which order and with which checks.
When are content pipelines needed?
- The generator is ready, and the sites have nothing to publish except identical placeholders.
- The texts on your sites repeat each other with the city or the brand name replaced.
- You order content for many sites at once and can no longer say what was written for which site.
- The next batch of sites is planned, and the content has to be ready by the time the domains are configured.
Frequently asked questions
Can the texts for sites built in bulk be generated automatically?
Partly. Automation covers briefs, checks and page assembly. Search engines treat pages made by replacing words in one template as scaled content abuse, so each site receives texts written for that site and checked by an editor.
How do you check that texts on different sites do not repeat each other?
We compare every text with the other texts of the batch and with earlier batches, in addition to the usual check for matches on the web. The result is a duplicate report with pairs of pages and the share of overlap. Pages above the agreed threshold are rewritten.
How much content does each site need?
The amount of content depends on the purpose of the site. A site in a link network needs enough pages to look and work like a real small site, and an affiliate or regional site needs a page for every group of queries. We fix the number of pages per site in the scope before writing begins.
