SEO promotion for sites that depend on search traffic

SEO promotion is the planned work on a website that helps search engines crawl its pages, understand them and show them for the queries your customers type. Best Boost Partners does this work for online stores, medical sites, gambling and betting projects, portals and media. You receive a technical audit with tasks for developers, a keyword map with a site structure, on-page requirements for each page type and regular reports on what was done and what changed.

What does SEO promotion include?

SEO promotion at Best Boost Partners consists of four parts. The parts usually follow one another, and each has its own page with the details.

  • Technical audit

We crawl the site, compare the crawl with the index and the server logs, and turn every finding into a prioritised task for developers.

  • Keyword research and site structure

We collect and clean queries, cluster them by intent and assign each cluster to one page. The result is a keyword map, a site structure and a URL scheme.

  • On-page optimisation

We bring each page in line with its queries: titles, descriptions, headings, text briefs, internal links, structured data, images, filters and pagination.

  • Multilingual and regional SEO

We plan language and country versions: URL structure, hreflang, regional keyword sets and rules that keep the versions from duplicating one another.

When is SEO promotion needed?

  • Organic traffic has fallen after a redesign, a change of CMS or a move to a new domain.
  • A new site is being planned, and the structure, URLs and templates should be right before launch.
  • Pages exist, but search engines index only part of them or show the wrong page for a query.
  • The site is entering a new country or language, and each market needs its own version.
  • Competitors hold the search results for your main queries, and you want to know what your site lacks.

How does work on SEO promotion go?

  1. Brief and first look

You fill in the brief and give read access to Google Search Console and analytics. We look at the site, the niche and the search results, then name the scope, the price and the deadline. A request sent through the brief gets a reply within one working day.

  2. Technical audit

We crawl the site, compare the crawl with index data and server logs, and write a prioritised list of fixes as tasks for developers. First technical fixes usually show within a few weeks.

  3. Keyword research and structure

We collect and clean queries, group them by intent and assign each group to one page. The result is a keyword map, a site structure and a URL scheme.

  4. On-page work

We prepare titles, descriptions and headings, write text requirements for copywriters and set the rules for internal links, filters and pagination. Your developers or ours put the changes on the site.

  5. Monitoring and reports

We track positions, indexing and traffic for the agreed query groups and check that the fixes were applied correctly. You receive regular reports with the completed work and the next steps.

What do you receive from SEO promotion?

  • A technical audit document in which every issue has a description, example URLs and a priority.
  • A task list for developers, written so that each task can be taken into work without extra explanation.
  • A keyword map: a table in which each query group is assigned to one page of the site.
  • A site structure and URL scheme, including the pages that still have to be created.
  • On-page requirements for each page type: title and description templates, headings, text briefs and linking rules.
  • Regular reports with completed work, positions, indexing and traffic from Google Search Console and analytics.

How do we keep SEO work safe for the site and checkable for you?

  • Every recommendation is a task

Each finding in our documents names the affected pages, the expected state and a way to check it. A developer can close the task, and we can verify that it is done.

  • Changes are checked before and after release

Redirect maps, template edits and robots.txt rules are tested on a staging copy of the site where one exists, then checked again on the live site. A mistake in these files can remove pages from the index, so they are never released unchecked.

  • No promise of a position

Best Boost Partners does not guarantee top positions, because rankings are decided by the search engine. We answer for the scope fixed in the contract and show in the reports what was done and how the site responded.

Frequently asked questions

How is the cost of SEO promotion calculated?

The cost of SEO promotion depends on the size of the site, the number of language versions, the competition in the niche and the share of work your developers take on. We name the price and the deadline after the brief and a look at the project. Best Boost Partners does not publish prices for this service.

Do you implement the fixes or only write recommendations?

Both options are possible. We can hand the tasks to your developers and check the result, or make the changes ourselves on sites built with Laravel, MODX, WordPress, OpenCart, Tilda and plain HTML. Other and custom systems are discussed after we have seen the project.

What access to the site do you need?

For the audit and the reports we need read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and the server logs if your hosting keeps them. Access to the CMS or the repository is needed only when we make the changes ourselves.

What does a regular SEO report contain?

A regular SEO report lists the work completed in the period, the tasks waiting for a decision on your side and the plan for the next period. The report also shows positions for the agreed query groups, the number of indexed pages and organic traffic according to Google Search Console and analytics.

Can SEO work harm a site that already ranks?

SEO work can harm a site when redirects, canonical addresses or robots.txt rules are changed carelessly. We reduce this risk by checking such changes before and after release. We also keep a list of the pages that already bring traffic, so that their URLs, titles and texts change only on purpose.
