Full site management: one studio builds, runs and develops the site

Full site management is a service in which Best Boost Partners takes a website into work completely and runs it for its whole life: builds it, promotes it, adds new sections and proposes how the site can grow. The service suits owners who want one contractor for SEO, texts, links, development, design and automation. You receive a plan for the period with priorities and a budget split by direction, a task register, regular reports and documentation. The site, the domain, the code and all accounts belong to you.

In brief

For whom
Owners and companies that want one contractor for the whole site instead of separate teams for SEO, texts, links and code.
What is included
Building the site or taking it over, promotion under one plan, development of new sections, support and regular growth proposals.
What you receive
A plan for the period, a task register, regular reports, documentation, and the site with all accounts in your ownership.
How to start
A filled-in brief, access to the existing site and its accounts if there is a site, and one person who makes decisions on your side.

What does full site management include?

Full site management at Best Boost Partners consists of four parts. A new project goes through all four in order, and an existing site starts from the part it needs now.

  • Site built from scratch

We research the niche and the queries, draw the structure and an exclusive design, write the code and the texts, then launch the site by a checklist and submit it for indexing.

  • Promotion under one plan

Technical SEO, content and links go in one schedule: new pages get texts and links in the same period, the anchor plan follows the page map, and you read one report.

  • Development and new sections

We add page types, sections, language versions, functions and integrations and redesign weak pages. Each change is checked for its effect on search before release.

  • Support and growth proposals

We monitor uptime, indexing and positions, install updates, keep backups and fix what breaks. At a regular review we propose what to do next, with a reason and an estimate.

When is full site management needed?

  • A new project is starting, and you want the site built and promoted by the same people from the first day.
  • Several contractors work on the site, and their tasks in SEO, texts, links and code are not coordinated with each other.
  • The company has no in-house team for the site and does not plan to hire developers, SEO specialists and authors separately.
  • The site works but has not been developed for a long time: no new sections, outdated texts, updates not installed.
  • The site is entering a new market or language, and the launch needs development, texts and links in one schedule.

How does work under full site management go?

  1. Brief and audit

You fill in the brief and give access to the site and its accounts. We audit what exists: the technical state, the structure, the texts, the link profile and the code. If there is no site yet, we study the niche, the search results and the sites that hold them. A request sent through the brief gets a reply within one working day.

  2. Plan for the period

We write a plan for the agreed period: the tasks in order of priority, the budget split by direction and the checkpoints. The scope of the plan is fixed in the contract, and work begins after you approve it.

  3. Work by direction

Development, design, technical SEO, texts and links go in one schedule. Every task is entered in the task register with a status and a person responsible, so at any moment you can see what is in work and what is waiting for your decision.

  4. Reports and checkpoints

You receive one regular report for all directions: completed tasks, positions, indexing, traffic and the state of the site. At each checkpoint we compare the plan with what was done and move priorities if the data require it.

  5. Review and proposals

At the end of the period we review the results and propose what to do next: new sections, markets or formats. Each proposal has a reason and an estimate. You decide which proposals go into the next plan.

What do you receive under full site management?

  • A plan for the period: priorities, the budget split by direction and the checkpoints at which the plan is reviewed.
  • A task register in which every task has a direction, a status, a person responsible and a link to the result.
  • One regular report for SEO, texts, links and development, with the completed work and the data of the site.
  • The site, the domain, the code repository, the hosting and the analytics accounts registered in your ownership.
  • Documentation: the site structure, the list of accesses, the deployment and backup instructions, the keyword map and the link register.
  • Growth proposals after each review, each with a reason, an estimate and the data the proposal is based on.

How do we keep the site in your hands and the work checkable?

  • Everything is registered to you

The domain, the hosting, the repository, Google Search Console, analytics and the accounts of link platforms are opened in your name or handed over to you. We work in them with the rights you grant, and you can withdraw those rights at any time.

  • One plan, one register, one report

SEO, texts, links, development and design are planned in one document and recorded in one task register. A new page is not released without a text, and a link is not ordered to a page that does not exist yet.

  • No promise of a position

Best Boost Partners does not guarantee top positions, because rankings are decided by the search engine. We answer for the scope fixed in the contract. Full site management also does not remove your part of the work: decisions, accesses and knowledge of the product.

Frequently asked questions

How is the cost of full site management calculated?

The cost of full site management depends on the state of the site, the directions included in the plan and the amount of work in each direction for the period. We name the price after the brief and the audit, and the plan shows how the budget is split between development, SEO, texts and links. Best Boost Partners does not publish prices for this service.

Who owns the site, the domain and the accounts?

The site, the domain, the code and all accounts belong to you. We register new accounts in your name and ask for the rights we need for the work. If an account was opened by a previous contractor, the first task in the plan is to transfer that account to you.

What stays on our side under full site management?

Under full site management you keep the decisions, the accesses and the knowledge of the product. You approve the plan, the design and the proposals, and you answer questions about goods, services, prices and legal limits of your business. We ask for one contact person, so that approvals do not stop the schedule.

Can you take over a site that another contractor built?

Yes, we take over existing sites. The work starts with an audit of the code, the structure, the texts and the link profile, and with a check of who holds the domain and the accounts. We work with sites on Laravel, MODX, WordPress, OpenCart, Tilda and plain HTML, and discuss other and custom systems after a look at the project.

What happens if we decide to change contractor?

If you change contractor, the site keeps working, because the domain, the hosting, the code and the accounts are already yours. We hand over the documentation: the structure, the list of accesses, the deployment and backup instructions, the task register and the link register. The new contractor can continue from these documents without asking us.
